Bungalowpark Rascasa

This beautiful bungalow park at the Costa Blanca is located 200 meters from the beach, between the dunes and famous salt lakes, and is one of the healthiest places on earth.. There are pools available and playgrounds for smaller children.



From the first day of your stay you will feel at home and comfortable in your bungalow. When you want to sally forth, there is enough to explore in this area. The ideal location of this park offers ample opportunity for activities like tennis, cycling, golf (10 km distance) and hiking. You can spend hours to enjoy nature and walk for miles through the dunes or experience the Spanish atmosphere on the boulevard of La Mata. But when you have in mind to have a non-active holiday and just enjoy the Spanish weather, you are just a 5 minutes walk away from the sunny beach of La Mata. There is a pool for you available at the bungalow park and you have your own spacious private terrace to relax.



Our bungalows are provide with everything you need to have a successful holiday. We have top and bottom bungalows with 2 or 3 bedrooms available. All bungalows are featured with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with bath or shower, bed linen, washing machine, and most of the houses have air-conditioning. If needed, we can provide you with a crib and/or bicycles. The downstairs apartments have large terraces, which provide full sun in every season. The doors to your patio provide easy eccess for the disabled. the upper bungalows have a large roof terrace with lovely views over the dunes and nature park of La Mata.

La Mata
This small picturesque typical Spanish town is the oldest village on the Costa Blanca. At the edge at 5 minutes walking distance from the centre you will find bungalow park Rascasa. La Mata itself is provided with all amenities, supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, post office, tourist office and a bus which brings you every 15 minutes to the adjacent town, Torrevieja or the other direction to Alicante.



The sand beach of La Mata is wide and long, and even in high season it is not very crowded. There is also a Nature Parc nearby, which is certainly worth a visit. In the centre of La Mata you will find plenty of terraces to relax and enjoy the Spanish tapas, sangrias or servezas and is enjoyable for the young and old. Also for families with younger children it is an ideal place for a holiday. You will not be kept by the night life, there are no crowded beaches, but peace and quietness.
