CasaLasDunas was founded in 2000 by Hans and Jos van Let. From then on they build out their business formula in sales, rental and after sales and became a business which provides all the needs and wants of the customer. During this period of extension their son moved to Spain to co-operate with them and they became a small family business.
From that moment on, Casa Las Dunas has grown to a business with six agencies upon the whole Costa Blanca. We provide houses at the whole Costa Blanca and serve the Dutch, Belgium, English, Swedish and Norwegian market. CasaLasDunas distinguishes by serving honest legal and financial advice during a purchase.
Mission
The mission statement of Casa Las Dunas includes the whole business formula they built in the last couple of years.

We conducted a formula that gives the customer the opportunity to get familiar with a house and the environment by first renting a house for a couple of months. If you have a good feeling about it, you can decide if you want to buy the house. Besides the sale, Casa Las Dunas also helps renting the house of the customer if they are not ready to live permanent in Spain yet.
Aftersales
Last but not least we provide a great aftersales. It does not stop after a purchase, but with a lot of matters we can help you. For example, we can provide you with internet of satelite tv, we can help you with insurances and keep in touch with a contractor if you decide to make a few adjustments to your house. You name it and we will help you!
