Buying process

 

Usually, you as one of our new relationships with us in contact via the Internet and our web site, through recommendation or during a visit to our booth at a fair. If interest is shown for one or more of our products, we will provide you, if desired, all information that fits your needs with respect to the purchase of a property in Spain. After the selection has been made to look, you can opt for a short holiday in one of our apartments and to combine with a tour of the right homes. Of course you can also use our vieuwing- trip. On arrival, we go first to our office Meetingpoint N 332 for a personal introduction for you to accompany your stay.

If you've found the house that really fits your needs and you want to purchase, then you sign a reservation contract and made the house down. An initial deposit for reservation of € 3000, - which must be met immediately. During your stay, we can advance an NIE number (Spanish Social Security number, not Spanish), for you and open a bank account.

If you need a Spanish mortgage, then we can provide any additional information and guide you there through our specialists. Usually you can close a mortgage in Spain to around 70% of the value of the house the rest you have to own additional money. Please also take into account the cost of copper about 8 to 9%.

If this is passed, an appointment made by the notary, this may be half visit to the Act to pass. We provide a good lawyer / fallen that you will be at the notary and including the Escrituria (title deed) to take you.
