The northern Costa Blanca is greener and the landscape has seen more variation than the south. You can certainly not compare the Costa Blanca South and North, you must keep this in mind if you want to emigrate to the Costa Blanca. If you love nature, the villages of La Nucia, the Jalon valley and the coastal towns of Calpe, Moraira, Javea and Denia are places in the north of the Costa Blanca which are popular choices. Here live both young and older people, so the choice of location also depends on your age.
If you are retired, it does not matter where you live because you have time to yourself, but if you have to work then you should buy something on the coast. Both in the south and in the north, there is plenty of choice in apartments, villas and bungalows near the beach but also in one of the lively Spanish villages or towns.
The purchase of a house, villa, finca or apartment in a remote village could be fun to begin with, but actually the younger people are not interested in them. Then the choice of the coastal city is more attractive. There are plenty of coastal towns that are eligible in the north as Denia, Javea, Altea Calpe Benissa and Moraira and in the south as Torrevieja, Guardamar del Segura, La Mata and La marina. The housing stock is very large so you have enough choice to find a perfect home.
